Policies and requirements for tattoo eligibility:In accordance with Oregon law, you must be 18 years or older to be tattooed regardless of parent/guardian consent.You must have a current government-issued photo ID and bring it with you to your tattooing appointment. Acceptable government ID’s include: drivers license, Oregon Real ID, passport, and green-card. If you are unsure if your ID card is acceptable please contact and ask before scheduling your appointment.I am located at Kaiju Tattoo in Forest Grove OR. Please make sure you are able to travel to this location for your tattooing appointment. This location is accessible via Trimet.Deposit Policies:A deposit is required for all tattoos before an appointment will be scheduled. This deposit is not refundable.If you cancel your tattoo or reschedule within 48 hours of the tattoo appointment you will lose your deposit. You will be required to submit a second deposit before you can reschedule your tattoo.If you would like to make significant changes to the tattoo originally scheduled you will be subject to a redesign fee. This redesign fee also applies to changing the design you want to get from the original tattoo agreed upon for the appointment. The redesign fee will be determined at the artist's discretion.A deposit equivalent to up to 50% of the quoted cost for the tattoo must be submitted for custom designs.A deposit of $50 to $100 is required for pre-drawn designs.You will be given the deposit amount link to submit the deposit online before the appointment is scheduled.You must wear a mask at all times during your tattooing procedure. You are welcome to bring drinks or snacks to your appointment, but please remain 6ft or more away from any other individuals while eating or drinking.Additional policies:My tattooing rate is currently $100 per hour. My rate is increasing to $150 or $125 for full-color tattoos on October 1st, 2022.Submitting this form does not guarantee you a tattooing appointment.
